I never thought about this guy as inspiring although I thought he was pretty cool as an actor. Not a good actor mind you but a very cool one.
But today I stumbled upon a great video. And my first reaction was: naaa i’m not going to watch this, nothing he ca say can be remotely relevant to me, he’s just a dumb muscleman.
Still, I hit play and for the first time, i found powerful inspiration in his words.Yes, the story is about body building, which is generally considered trivial, but the concept is all about inspiration, motivation and will power.
What really amazed me is that a man who was all about building muscle found the focus and will power to achieve his goal in more than one aspect of his life, may that be body building, acting or his political career.
I was reminded yet again to be more humble, to stop judging and labeling people.
This man needs no introduction, just keep an open mind and play this video.

I've actually followed him about. His story really is interesting. While I've never been a big fan of his political stance, his dedication is certainly admirable.

I always have liked Ahhhnold for, who knows why…I just kinda do. Good advice on how to be a true champion. As Yoda said, “Do or do not do! There is NO try!” And as my high school gym teacher said…”Someone..sometime…somewhere. Is practicing when you're not. And when you meet them on the athletic battlefield. THEY will be the victorious one.” Well, anywho, that is my 2 cents.

I get randomly inspired by stories. I can't recall a pattern, thus the quantifier, “randomly.” I remember once due to jealousy of another's success to motivate me to do better, as well as out of nowhere when I realized I had gained a little weight. It's weird for me.

Being in peak a good physical condition is always important. One doesn't need to work out everyday for hours on end, just being healthy is a start.
